Before online play ships

ByteOdyssey Games does not operate online multiplayer, chat, or community features on this site today. Player safety obligations begin when player interaction begins, and this page is the commitment for that moment.

What we commit to before any online feature opens

Before a playtest or online feature launches, we will publish on this page: the code of conduct, what is not allowed (harassment, hate, cheating, and similar), how players report problems, how reports are reviewed, and what enforcement looks like. Online features will not open without a working report route.

Reporting

Until in-game reporting exists, safety concerns about anything ByteOdyssey operates can be sent to [email protected] with the subject line SAFETY. Reports are read by Version 6 staff.

Privacy and minors

Safety reports may involve personal information; our privacy policy applies. Age rating plans are on the age ratings page.
