ByteOdyssey Games does not sell anything on this website at this time. There are no purchases, pre-orders, or paid playtests, so there is nothing to refund yet. This page exists so the policy is published before any commerce begins.

When sales begin

Games will first be sold through platform stores such as Steam. Those stores handle their own refund windows and processes, and their terms apply alongside anything written here. Where a platform offers a refund, you request it from the platform.

Direct sales and in-game purchases

If and when ByteOdyssey Games sells directly or offers in-game purchases, this page will state, before those sales open: what is refundable, the refund window, how to request one, and how quickly it is processed. We will not begin direct sales without publishing that information here first.
