Traffic Rush privacy policy

This policy applies to Traffic Rush: King of Streets on Android and iPhone, published by Version 6 LLC under Byte Odyssey Games. It describes the first-release features. The publisher website policy separately describes this website.

You can play without an account. Players who select an age below 18, or do not disclose an age, use protected local play. Online accounts, rankings, real-money purchases and optional notification features are unavailable in those sessions. Parent-managed accounts and purchases are deferred and are not offered in this release.

Local play and age choices

Your garage, gem balance, owned items, appearance, settings, achievements and driving history are saved on your device. The operating system may include app data in its backups. The startup age choice is held for the session; the game does not ask for a birth date or send that choice to the online game service. Bundled music plays locally.

Optional adult accounts and online play

For players who select 18 or older, opening online rankings can create a Unity guest player identifier. Optional Unity Player Account sign-in links a game-player identifier to your account. Authentication occurs through Unity's browser flow; the game does not collect your password. Unity and other online service providers process connection, device, diagnostic and security information when you use their services.

Online game records can include your game-player identifier, chosen public name, scores, distance, rankings, earned achievement identifiers, and run records used to verify submissions and prevent abuse. Leaderboards display your public name, score, distance and rank. They do not display your sign-in email. Choose a public name that does not disclose private information. Pending ranked submissions may be stored on your device and retried when connected.

Unity Player Accounts processes your sign-in email, account identifiers, login activity and approximate country or region inferred from your connection. These account-service records are separate from the public leaderboard.

Adult purchases and account garages

Where enabled for adults, a connected account garage uses our wallet service for gem balances, owned items, purchase delivery and garage recovery. Store transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts and verification results are processed with your game-player identity to validate purchases, prevent duplicate credits, and handle refunds. Apple or Google handles payment details; the game does not collect your payment-card number. Signing out keeps local progress.

Unity's purchase SDK can also process player, installation and session identifiers, device information, country, purchase events and operational diagnostics for purchase functionality and service measurement. These records are distinct from Firebase Analytics events.

Reminders and announcements

Local garage reminders are scheduled on your device only when enabled with the required notification permission. Optional publisher announcements use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iPhone, Apple Push Notification service. Enabling announcements registers a device messaging token and subscribes it to Traffic Rush's news topic. These providers process delivery, connection and device information under their own policies. We do not put your child profile, garage contents or payment details in that public news topic.

Announcements and reminders have separate in-game settings. You can turn them off there or control notification permission in your phone settings. Disabling announcements requests removal of the messaging registration. A message may already have been delivered or be awaiting provider processing. Protected local sessions do not offer these features.

Firebase messaging also uses a per-installation identifier and app and SDK metadata to provide and maintain delivery. Notification registration is separate from a public leaderboard name.

Analytics and advertising

The publisher's Firebase project has Google Analytics enabled, but the native game's Firebase Analytics collection is disabled for this release. Project configuration does not mean the game is sending Analytics events. The game does not enable personalized advertising using gameplay data. Website analytics and advertising are described separately in the publisher website policy.

Why information is processed and who receives it

We process the information above to provide the features you choose, keep account progress, deliver purchases, show rankings, send opted-in notifications, respond to requests, and protect the service from fraud and abuse. Providers include Unity for player identity and online game services, Google Firebase and Apple for notification delivery, Apple and Google for store transactions, and hosting and security providers for our online services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and service security. Records may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

Request account or data deletion

Local saves remain on your device until removed through the app or operating-system controls. Operating-system backups are managed separately. Online records are retained for the feature's operation and security, purchase reconciliation, applicable recordkeeping, and resolving requests. Retention depends on the record and purpose; provider records and backups follow their own practices.

The in-game DELETE GAME ACCOUNT option requests deletion of this game's online identity, leaderboard records, synced badges and any connected account garage. It preserves your local garage and does not delete your separate Unity Player Account. Limited unlinked transaction or recovery reservations can remain to prevent duplicate credits and process refunds. If in-game deletion fails, retry using the same account or contact us.

Deleting the game account does not automatically remove every provider-held purchase or account record. Contact us for requests involving Unity purchase-service records; we validate the request and coordinate with Unity where it processes records on our behalf. Separate provider-controlled records follow the provider's request process.

You can also request access, correction or deletion without using the app by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Traffic Rush Privacy Request.” Include your public game name and the request. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or complete purchase receipts. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

Children and families

The game supports local play for younger players, including children under 13. Its age flow restricts online game features and purchases to adult sessions; an adult age selection is not verified parental consent for a child's account. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an online feature, contact us so we can investigate and address the relevant records. No parent-verification service is active in this release.
